We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, personal, or investment outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If payment plans are offered, payments must be completed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

All materials, presentations, videos, workbooks, recordings, graphics, and content shared during the Scottsdale Summit are the intellectual property of the Scottsdale Summit and its presenters and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

By attending the Scottsdale Summit, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.

The Scottsdale Summit, its organizers, affiliates, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Summit or reliance upon information shared during the event.

By attending, you acknowledge that investing, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building involve inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
