Refund & Credit Policy
To maintain the integrity, planning, and high-touch experience of the Scottsdale Summit, the following refund policy applies to all ticket purchases, VIP upgrades, tours, and related event purchases.
Refund Eligibility
30+ Days Before the Event
If a cancellation request is submitted 30 days or more prior to the event start date, the attendee is eligible for a full cash refund of the amount paid.
Within 30 Days of the Event
If a cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of the event, no cash refunds will be issued.
Instead, the attendee will receive a non-transferable credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward one of the following:
- A future Scottsdale Summit event
- Coaching or mastermind programs
- Educational products
- Services offered through the organization
- Other approved event experiences or offerings
Credit Terms
- Credits are valid for 6 months from the date the refund request is approved.
- Credits may only be used toward eligible products, services, or events offered by the company.
- Credits hold no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Unused credits automatically expire after the 6-month period.
- Expired credits will not be reissued or extended.
Transfer Policy
Requests to transfer tickets to another attendee may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the event team in writing.
Event Protection & Planning
Because the Scottsdale Summit is a high-touch, limited-capacity experience involving venue commitments, hospitality coordination, curated networking, and investment-focused programming, this policy allows us to protect the quality of the experience for all attendees while still providing flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, upgrade, tour, or related experience, attendees acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Credit Policy.
